Stick the word Django on any guitar in the world and you'll instantly add thousands to its value. That's obviously what Levin were thinking when they sough out the great Mr Reinhardt with their behemoth of an archtop and asked him to give it his endorsement, which he duly did. And here is said archtop, the Deluxe from 1941. An amazing guitar in great clean and original condition, and complete with the orginal hard shell case. All in all, a pretty special guitar no matter how many fingers you have.
SOLD!!! The second of our brace of Levin archtops, this time a decade later and without the pickup at the neck (listed in the electric section for your perusing convenience). This model features a similar level of aert deco features despite a slightly more conventional headstock shape. Spruce is wood of choice for the top, and the cutaway body is tantamount to a perfect jazz tone. This is a rare guitar, and won't be long in finding its new home, so hurry if you're feeling that itch.
