Welcome to the Art et Lutherie page, and allow us to heartily introduce the range of guitars offered by the Canadian manufacturer. They sound great, play like creamy butterscotch, and look sexy too, so handmade in Canada they're easily a match for any like priced guitars out there on the market and even some higher priced ones! First up is the Gran Tourismo dreadnought, featuring a gloss top (make your own mind up what you want GT to stand for then...), as well as a solid spruce top and Wild Cherry back and sides finished in antique burst. Please feel free to call or email if you'd like to know more about this range of guitars.
Every good range of guitars needs a 12 string, and preferably not a stupidly expensive one, which is exactly why Art et Lutherie have taken great pleasure in adding this rather nice and very affordable 12 string dreadnought with a solid cedar top to the range. I mean you're only going to use in for one song, so you don't want to break the bank. This one is a pleasure to play though, so you'll be happy to part with your cash just so that one song is the bestest song ever.
This is a nice little guitar that is in a bit of a no-man's-land size possibly somewhere between grand auditorium and parlour, what Art et Lutherie like to call simply 'folk size'. Cedar top (solid) and Wild CHerry back and sides, this guitar, as you can see from the pictures, comes in black or antique burst and you have options on electronics. There's also a version for lefties.
Like all the greats, you know, like Edge, Prince ,Pele etc, this guitar only needs one word for a name. Spruce. Can you guess what the top is made out of? Like most guitars in the Art et Lutherie range, the back and sides on this slightly rounder shouldered dreadnought are Wild Cherry. A good guitar for those who want something good and reliable without the heavy price tag.
