ANOTHER ONE JUST BACK IN!!! The top-of-the-line banjo, the equivalent of a Gibson Les Paul Custom to the banjo fraternity, we are very fortunate to have on offer the beautifully clean RB-250. Has to be played to be believed so get down to Wunjo and join the believers. Or simply phone to reserve. Complete with the original hard case.
SOLD!!! It becomes a privilege to work in a shop like ours when you get to see, play and then talk about beautiful little instruments like this Gibson Uke, estimated to have been made around 1927. It is so amazingly clean that you could be forgiven for thinking that it has never been played since the day it was made. The tone is sweet and strong, and its such a pleasure to play, particularly if you play Ukulele regularly, that you will have to see a doctor about removing the grin you'll have on your face when you give it a strum. The Uke is sold complete with a hard case.
SOLD!!! Dubbed the 'New Style' Model when introduced in 1937, this model was initially intended as a cheaper instrument made from stamped sheet steel. Players often filled these with sand or newspaper to eliminate unruly resonance, and indeed you can see a little black rubber plug where perhaps the afore-mentioned materials could be inserted. Featuring just a volume control until 1939 when a tone knob was also added, suggesting this as one of those early tone knob laps. Original hard case included, thus very highly collectable.
SOLD!!! A fabulous piece of highly collectable Americana, this early Rickenbacker came along not so long after the very first 'frying pan' guitar, the first ever guitar to sport a pickup. This then, is one of the earliest 'planks of wood with a magnet in', and is in unbelievably good condition. The instrument features all its original features including the original hard case, yet remains one that simply HAS to be played.
SOLD!!! Living proof that you learn something new everyday. Yes indeed, Gibson not only make or have made six string guitars, they also do, or did, a great line in quality ukuleles, and here at Wunjo Guitars we are pleased to have in stock two examples of Gibson's models. This standard sized Uke from 1955 comes complete with a hard case. Now cleaning windows will be a far more enjoyable experience.
A stunning Mandolin, and that's even before you've realised it was made by Martin, and therefore also has quite a stunning monetary value. But it's not the wonga that's going to draw you to this incredible sounding and amazingly smooth playing mandolin, although you'll have developed a deeper understanding of why they are held in such high financial regard roundabout the first turnaround in Boil The Cabbage Down. Would you ever find another one in this country? Probably not, so be quick to get in on this on, or there'll be tears. Original Hard Case included.
SOLD!!! The Rhodes piano is a legend. Made big by the Fender name, this is the instrument that gave so many artists the sound that stood them apart from the rest, like Miles Davis with Joe Zawinul, or Herbie Hancock. During January 1965 CBS bought the Fender company for 13 million dollars, and shortly afterwards the 73 and 61 key Fender Rhodes Electric Piano went into production. Here an example of the slightly smaller 54 model. All original and including the original stands, this is certainly one we will be sad to see go. We play on it alot... so maybe it does deserve a good home.
