This is a very beautiful looking instrument. It's been engraved to resemble one of the original National Style-4 resos which at the time, in the 30s, were hand engraved with a very similar design to what you see here. Whilst this Supro example is a teeny bit crude by comparison, you can't blame them for trying, and indeed, they should be congratulated for upholding the fine vintage traditions of reso making, and upholding the fine name of Supro as a brand that doen't forget where guitars came from. Not only does ths reso look great, it's also very versatile and contains a pickup, which means you can take it anywhere and you'll certainly be heard as well as seen.
