Now then, search to the ends of the earth and the four corners of the internet, I guarantee you won't find this anywhere. Not even on Maton's own website. The reason for this is that Maton don't make this guitar, except when you ask them reeeeally really nicely, like we did, and then they might make one specially, which they did. So here it is, the very special and very rare, non production 12 String EBG808 guitar with a cutaway and laminate back and sides (hence CL). With the usual swathes of Queensland Maple, this is a true-to-form Maton with all the characteristic definition, brilliance and sustain that they've made their name from, the classic Maton tone. All that, but with double the strings! So next time you're playing Wish You Were Here and wondering how you can give it a bit of extra sparkle, or if you are looking for a really decent 12 string to add to your armory, then this has got to be an outstanding candidate. Not too pricey, worth every penny, and complete with a bespoke factory hard case, this is a guitar to think seriously about, even if you're not after a 12 string!
