Quite possibly the most epic amplifier that Fender have ever produced, the Hot Rod DeVille 4x10 is an absolute storm of a box, and it'll give you all the headroom you're ever going to need for any gig. Only a full stack will have any chance of coming close to Hot Rod DeVille for volume, tone and brute force, and with three footswitchable channels at your disposal, you've got just about every option you need apart from throat ripping death metal gain, but then, if you're looking for death metal, you're looking in the wrong shop really. The only draw back to this amp is the weight, it is a little on the heavy side, but nothing a luggage trolley and a couple of roadies couldn't easily sort out. It's worth it for the thunderous tone.
