Here's a Deering Banjo very new to the range, a new kid on the block with some fancy features that Greg Deering and friends have sent off to the patenting office for approval. Bedecked from head to foot in the finest tone woods and metals, the Eagle II features a mahogany neck and high gloss resonator with ebony finger board engraved with some pretty Mother of Pearl inlays. The special thing about this banjo is the tone ring, the one thing on a banjo which actually IS supposed to resonate according to Mr Deering. The Eagle II features the brand new and pioneering Twenty-Ten Tone Ring which contributes massively to a sweet as a bell tone that has probably never been heard on anything else before it. The secret is its low profile design, and Deering are the first to try it out. Good on 'em. This banjo is available from brand new at Wunjo Guitars and is complete with a hard case.
