This Eagle II, as played by Winston Marshall, son of Mumford, is specced right up, with a naural Ebony fingerboard topping a dark-red-mahogany stained Maple neck, replete with engraved inlays, 22 nickel-silver frets and Deering's own Planetary banjo tuners. The pot has a Twenty-Ten tone ring, 11" three-ply violin-grade Maple rim, 11" frosted top medium Crown head, slender arm rest and a 5/8" Maple/Ebony top bridge. The Maple resonator is stained red Mahogany, this mid-strong, super-versatile monster is ideal for Clawhammer and Bluegrass styles, and comes with a lifetime warranty with Deering themselves, so you can roll away to your hearts content, safe in confidence that Deering has in their every product.
