Squier Fujigen Stratocaster (1983/84)

£595.00 In Stock. Next Day Delivery order before 3pm
Passing into genuine guitar legend, instruments like this 1983/84 Squier Fujigen Stratocaster are the sort of thing that make players go a bit wobbly. The first Japanese Squiers are prized because of their plucky character and superb build quality, and this large-headstocked Larry is no exception. It might have been through the mill a bit, as these guitars tend to be, but it's got many, many years of rocking left in it, and it'll be a faithful companion to whomever goes home with it next. Built around an Alder body that's aged to an absolutely fabulous cream, this bullet-trussed beauty is fitted with its original trio of single coils, wired through a master Volume and two Tones, with a 5-way blade as is Strat tradition. Paired with a Maple neck and fingerboard, it's the type of six-string that you can genuinely look forward to playing, knowing that it's going to tell you something new every time you engage with it. The backplate has been removed and three springs are currently fitted inside the cavity, so if you want to get your dive on, go mad. You even get the small joy of a three-bolt back plate, a nifty '70s touch, so get onto this before it leaves! Protected by a three year warranty with our Japanese techs, this vintage 1983/84 Squier Fujigen Stratocaster is available at Wunjos with a gig bag as standard.
