A stripped down, ultra-woody version of one of the most famous instruments of all time, this vintage 1974 Fender Jazz is a device for conquering any stage, with its wood untarnished by paint. Excrutiatingly handsome and looking like the sort of thing Geddy Lee would crawl through broken glass for, this mid-'70s stage crusher sports not only the bound and block-inlaid Maple neck that makes it beloved of so many, but the new pickup approach that Fender had adopted at the time. Wound with enamel wire and dipped in shellac instead of wax, their accentuated midrange and bonus growl will pull up the floorboards of whatever venue you're destroying tonight. Wired through the traditional 2 volume and master tone setup for which the Jazz is famous, this bass will do anything, but you already know that beause it's a Jazz. Replete with original finger rest, this is a spiffing example, currently strung with flatwounds and raring to sprint out of the blocks to its next musical adventure. It's even got a brass nut for added ringing magic, so come down and give this natural blonde a blast! Now protected by a three year warranty with our block-inlaid techs, this vintage 1974 Fender Jazz Bass is available at Wunjos with a hard case as standard.
