Warwick Rockbass Streamer IV NT

£799.00 Out of Stock - Please Enquire

As is often the case with really well known bass brands, no-one had heard of Warwick until Jamiroquai's bass player, Stuart Zender, decided to give one a go. Suddenly, men in white vans all over the country wanted to buy a Warwick. The Streamer was the model Zender used principally, and you can see a little excerpt from a gig if you have a little look at the video included below this caption. The Streamer is a chunky looking thing, characterised mainly by the neck-thru body design and big chunky upper bout that makes it look like a bit of a lump, even if it really is quite a sprightly thing. This is from the slightly more affordable Rockbass Series, yet still features some pretty decent spec including a pair of Active MEC P/J pickups with a two band EQ and balance control that provide sonic chunk to accompany the lump of wood. An alder body and a maple neck finish the article, and what you end up with is a bass that someone who could become famous might well pickup and make famous. Available new at Wunjo bass.
