S/H Danelectro U2 ‘56 Electric Guitar, Blue

A brilliant 90s reissue of the Danelectro U2 just arrived. 

Guitar playing was becoming increasingly popularised by the invention of the solid body guitar in the 50s, but the draw back was the price tag! Danelectro created affordable, light and unique sounding guitars throughout the 50s that made it accessible for budding rockstars to get their hands on a great sounding, hard working instrument, that has stood the test of time. 

Drawing its aesthetic from classic car colours and its series wiring that gave you the option of the natural jangle of the single coil lipstick pickups, or a much high output and thicker sounding middle position (contrary to how many of Danelectros competitors were wiring their guitars as stock) it quickly cultivated its own fan base from beginner to professional alike. 

It comes fully warranted for two years for all set ups and servicing included in the price.
