Produced between '52-'71, the Hofner Senator was a fantastic and accessible thinline Archtop for the European market, built to rival Hofner's American competitors across the Atlantic. 

Composed of a Maple top and laminate  back and sides with flamed Maple veneers, the Senator came in at an approachable price point and even now with its vintage stature, maintains the same attitude. A keenly priced, impeccably crafted vintage German jazz box, that looks the part as well as playing it. 

It's had a little bit of work done on its journey to us, an Egmund floating pickup has been installed by the neck with the adjoining jack socket position on the front by the lower bout, and a single replaced tuner. 

It comes with our customary two year set up and servicing warranty included in the price.
