Simple but effective!
The Musicmaster was Fender's first short scale, student instrument in 1956 (at 22.5" scale length it's what most of us would consider a 3/4 size!) but underwent a bit of a makeover in 1964 implementing a larger offset body and headstock to keep in line with the rest of its student models - Mustangs and Duo-Sonics. So here we have a particularly interesting, transitional January 1964 Musicmaster, moments before the line underwent those aesthetic changes and rebranded as the Musicmaster II!
All original from the top down and in stunning condition, the straight waisted Alder body under a fantastic Olympic White finish with its complimentary tortoiseshell guard. A four bolt 'L' plate and soft 'V' Maple neck at 22.5" scale is really comfortable to get around and the benfit of simplicity; a lone single coil pick up with vol/tone control. Just plug it in and sound great, no mess, no stress!
It comes complete with our two year set up and servicing warranty included in the price. Feel free to get in touch for any further information via the contact form below!
