S/H 1970s Gibson MK35 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar, Sunburst

Gibson were pushing the boat out in all different directions in the 70s under the Norlin banner and here we have a fine example of one of those innovations. 

The MK35 was the introductory model of the 'Mark' series. A selection of  fan braced, small waisted flat tops designed to make a compact and powerful sounding guitar for a large audience on a budget! Rebranding the aesthetics to break away from tradition, implementing an asymmetrical bridge and brand new headstock design. 

Whilst the production was short lived, only spanning from 1975-1978, this particular model has really stood the test of time. Provided and a sweet and articulate tonality and remaining at an accessible price point for a vintage Gibson acoustic.
