Gibson's J-45 has been their flagship Dreadnought acoustic guitar since it took over the mantle from the J-35 in 1942. It's elegant, sloped shoulder design has been seen across stages all over the world in the hands of some of the century's most prominent guitar players and song writers, from Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen to Jeff Tweedy and Kacey Musgraves. The tonal balance, power and projection delivered by this iconic guitar has cemented it's position in Gibsons catalogue since its debut and it won't be leaving any time soon! 

This particular J-45 Standard is in fantastic condition, comprised of a solid Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides, with scalloped 'X' bracing allowing the soundboard to move freely enhancing it's rich mid-rang response whilst maintaining a clear note articulation and glassy top end. Loaded with an L.R. Baggs undersaddle pickup and with its OHSC, this guitar is ready to hit the stage once more.
