ALBIE only has two knobs, “Effect” and “Blend.” The “Effect” knob allows you to change between eight different “stacks” of effects that consist of modulations, reverbs and delays. The “Blend” knob mixes the chosen effect setting into the clean-tone of the guitar.

The footswitch operates as standard when momentarily clicked, but when held down, it provides a secondary setting for each preset known as “Neil Modes” coined after Neil Graham who programmed the ALBIE digital code and designed these secondary settings. These modes can also be set as 'latched' to keep them going even after you lift your foot.
