S/H Fender Modern Player Marauder Electrc Guitar, Black

The Modern Player series showcased a range of innovate takes on Fender's classics that was praised for its afforability and quality. Including the debut(!) of the Marauder, a prototype Fender design from the 60s that never made it into production until 2010. 

Originally a dual pickup guitar, this particular model has been stripped back to the essentials and upgraded where it counts. The African Koto body has been loaded with a single Bare Knuckle Humbucker with a vol/tone control and a replacement Tortoiseshell guard to cover the rout of the original neck pickup. High output and high impact. 

It's definitely been gigged with signs of playwear across the body and back but all purely cosmetic and it's been separated from its tremolo arm and back plate somewhere along the way to us.
